JI CHEN is a Chinese visual artist and curator whose practice encompasses photography, video, performance, installation, sound, and integrated materials. Through her work, she explores the complex dynamics surrounding women's experiences within society, focus themes of gender, identity, and cultural expectations. Operating from a critical standpoint, she challenges and redefines established narratives, institutions, and social constructs.
